Carter Wilson is an Asset Manager at Nome Capital Partners, overseeing a variety of high performing single and multi-tenant office assets. Prior to joining Nome, Carter was on the middle-market commercial real estate lending team at River City Bank where he supported a commercial real estate portfolio exceeding $200mm in commitments, while monitoring performance and risk across a broader $600mm portfolio throughout California. Originally from Sacramento and a graduate of Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Carter brings a strong analytical foundation and California market perspective to his commercial real estate work. He also serves on the Board of Directors for First Tee Greater Sacramento, supporting corporate and community fundraising initiatives.
