Frank Kozak is a Senior Asset Manager for Nome Capital Partners, overseeing all facets of property operations and oversight of third-party management companies. Frank has over 30 years of broad- based real estate experience in asset management, leasing, property management and accounting, working for both institutional ownership and smaller entrepreneurial firms. Prior to joining Nome Capital, he previously worked for American Realty Advisors as a senior asset manager for 6 years overseeing a portfolio of multi-tenant office buildings and industrial properties in the Northeast Corridor from Boston to Washington DC and Northern Virginia totaling over 3.5 million square feet. At ARA, he completed more than 125 lease transactions with a gross rental value in excess of $300 million and was awarded for completing the most leasing transactions in 2019. In addition, he was responsible for the repositioning of several value-add office investments, which included numerous capital improvement projects and required extensive lease-up to stabilize and successfully position for sale. Frank has been very hands-on throughout his career, building strong relationships with the tenants and working closely with the leasing and on-site management teams in creating value for ownership.
