Prashant Kalidindi oversees new acquisitions and capital raising. Prashant has over a decade of experience in due diligence, business development, and deal/fund structuring in the financial services and real estate industry. Previously, he was a Principal at BluePointe Capital, a ~$600m wealth management firm, where he led investments and managed client portfolios for over 14 years. He co-founded SPN Capital and Mynt Capital to invest in over 50 single family and multi family properties in the Bay Area. Prashant received his MBA from Babson College, a master's degree in mechanical engineering from Wayne State University, and a bachelor's in industrial engineering from Osmania University, India.
