Raja is Chief Counsel at Nome Capital Partners, overseeing all legal and transactional work relating to both new acquisitions and current assets under management. Raja is also responsible for new fund structuring and assists with client due diligence. Raja began his career in New York, working in the areas of finance and equities at Redwood Partners. After 4 years of financial forecasting and equities analysis, Raja enrolled in law school at Thomas M. Cooley Law School where he graduated and passed the New York bar exam. Raja moved to California and worked as counsel and COO for a local restoration contracting company where he received his contractor licence. Additionally Raja received his California law licence and his MBA from Ohio University. Raja brings significant experience in the areas of law, development, and contract negotiations.
